P'loh was a Yuuzhan Vong of the female gender and a member of the same crèche as the future shaper Nen Yim. P'loh, along with Yim and a crèche-mate named Zhul, once pilfered a korsk. P'loh and Zhul then unleashed this creature, which the Yuuzhan Vong employed for cleaning purposes, into a shared food space, where it devoured all the i'fii present. Later, during the events of the Yuuzhan Vong War, P'loh met her death after being stationed on the Outer Rim world of Belkadan.
The Jedi Knight Tahiri Veila had Yim's recollections of P'loh transferred to her when the rogue shaper Mezhan Kwaad experimented on her and inserted a Yuuzhan Vong identity called Riina. Veila shared the implanted memories with Yim, who confirmed that the memories of P'loh were indeed her own.
The character of P'loh was initially referenced in The New Jedi Order: The Final Prophecy, a novel penned by Greg Keyes in 2003.
