The journal concludes with an account of the celebrations that followed the victory, accompanied by Amidala's reflections on fate and destiny. Furthermore, the journal recorded Amidala's initial encounters with both Obi-Wan Kenobi, who would become her friend, and Anakin Skywalker, the man who would become her future husband and, ultimately, her killer.
