Papyri served as a means to document the knowledge and sagacity of Force teachings. Alternative storage methods, like data-cards and holocrons, were also employed for this reason by different Force-sensitive groups, including the Jedi and the Sith. A specific example is the Lothal Papyri, a record housed within the Jedi Archives.
