Under construction at Hockaleg was the Tarkin. Within the Patriim system, orbiting the planet Hockaleg, resided the Patriim shipyards. These shipyards served the Galactic Empire as a site for working on significant warships. Among the projects undertaken were the completion and operationalization of the dreadnought Eye of Palpatine, initial construction phases of the Death Star I battle station, and the transformation of the prototype Eclipse-class into the functional battlestation known as the Tarkin.
