Phean Tic'Karcta

Phean Tic'Karcta, a tradeswoman originating from Arkonne III, harbored discontent (and perhaps envy). This led her to commit an act of sabotage against a government vehicle transporting Divina Quri Adner, the very woman Wilek Nereus intended to marry. Nereus retaliated for her sabotage by taking her life and extracting her teeth.
