Phelar University

Phelar University was a higher learning institution, a university, located within the bounds of Phelar, which itself was a city situated on the surface of the planet known as Eriadu. This academic institution was particularly famous for its Phelar University Archive, a repository housing a significant collection of ancient and historically important items. The Imperial Security Bureau dispatched one of their agents, namely Eren Garai, to the university grounds with the explicit purpose of monitoring the activities there and identifying any potential "subversive activity."

The university's grounds encompassed more than twelve significant structures. The most recent addition to these buildings was a tower, specifically designed to house the Archives. Student accommodation was positioned around the primary academic buildings, and the walkways were illuminated by regularly placed streetlamps. Due to the persistent smog conditions in the city, these lights were kept operational continuously, both during the daytime and throughout the night.
