Phoebe Mary Waller-Bridge, born on July 14, 1985, is a multifaceted English talent, working as an actress, writer, playwright, and director. She is known for her portrayal of L3-37 in the film Solo: A Star Wars Story.
For her work in Fleabag, a TV show she created, wrote, and starred in (based on her own stage play), Waller-Bridge received the 2017 BAFTA TV Award for Best Female Performance in a Comedy. Further acclaim came in 2019 when she secured three Emmy Awards for the show's second and concluding season: Outstanding Writing In A Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series, and Outstanding Comedy Series.
Waller-Bridge also served as the showrunner, lead writer, and executive producer for the inaugural season of Killing Eve, a BBC America series adapted from Luke Jennings' Codename Villanelle novellas.
She contributed to the screenplay of the Daniel Craig James Bond movie No Time to Die. Furthermore, she appears alongside Harrison Ford in the 2023 Indiana Jones installment, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.
