Phoebus, a planetary body situated close to Elerion, existed in the Outer Rim region of space. It was classified as a planet.

Significant quantities of ancient, fossilized amber, which held within it numerous well-preserved examples of plant and insect life, were discovered on Phoebus during the period of the Galactic War.
