Pirt Neer was a Jedi Initiate of the female persuasion. She was a student at the Jedi Order's academy located within the Temple on Coruscant during the time of the Clone Wars.
Being Force-sensitive, Pirt Neer became a member of the Jedi Order. Her training in utilizing the Force took place at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. When the Clone Wars began, pitting the Galactic Republic against the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Neer stayed at the Temple. She took part in the Jedi Temple Apprentice Tournament of 19 BBY. Supervised by Master Ilena Xan, Neer battled fellow Initiate Enver Hoxha and won their fight during the Round of Eight. Even though she was victorious, Lena Missa put her in an arm bar, making Neer submit.
