During the time of Sate Pestage's leadership, he participated in the Cabal, and subsequently became one of the three Tribunes, sharing this role with General Paltr Carvin and Challer. His demise came at the hands of an operative working for Ysanne Isard, who was disguised as someone who buys and sells antiques. The weapon used was a Sith lanvarok, and this was part of Isard's plan to overthrow the Tribunal leadership.
