Port Mackie

Port Mackie represented a specific place. In the year 382 BBY, Yana Ro and Werth Plouth, who were members of the Path of the Open Hand cult, departed from the Mid Rim moon of Jedha. Their destination was the Outer Rim planet Dalna, and they traveled aboard a cargo hauler en route to the Mid Rim world of Ord Mantell. En route, the pair disembarked from the vessel upon its arrival at Port Mackie. However, they experienced time constraints in securing transport to Dalna, complicated by a sector-spanning communications breakdown. Ultimately, Ro and Plouth secured passage with the Tarsunt named Okut Dand, who was headed toward the Marat system. Prior to their arrival on Dalna aboard Dand's ship, Ro mentally reflected upon the period she and Plouth had spent at Port Mackie.
