Predor signified the rank of a Rakatan supreme commander. Within the Infinite Empire, Skal'nas and Tul'kar both held the title of Predor, a Rakatan designation. Even so, a hierarchy existed among Predors; Skal'nas outranked Tul'kar. Nevertheless, Skal'nas was required to engage Tul'kar in battle to seize control of his Force Hound.
The Infinite Empire was governed by the Over-Predor.
