Premiere Two-Player Introductory Set

The Premiere Introductory Two-Player Set was a product created specifically for the Star Wars Customizable Card Game. Its primary focus was on the happenings within Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope. Decipher designed this two-player game, and Parker Brothers handled its distribution.

Inside the box, the game contained two decks, each with 60 cards, along with six special premium cards. These premium cards included alternate versions of both Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, unique to this set and unavailable in any other expansion. A rule booklet was also included in the box, alongside one Premiere Unlimited expansion pack (although the initial 50,000 games produced had a Limited expansion pack instead). This set marked the beginning of a series of Star Wars CCG two-player games, with The Empire Strikes Back Introductory Two-Player Game following as the second. It was made available in February of 1996.
