Premiere Unlimited

The Premiere Unlimited set represents the unlimited edition of the primary set for the Star Wars Customizable Card Game, a collectible card game drawing its themes from the Star Wars saga. Released in April 1996, following the discontinuation of the Limited set, it comprised 324 cards, evenly split with 162 cards for both the Dark Side and the Light Side. This collection included 108 cards at each rarity level: rare, uncommon, and common. The sole distinction between the Premiere Unlimited set and its Premiere Limited counterpart lay in the border color; Unlimited cards featured white borders, whereas Limited cards had black borders. While the set introduced many iconic figures from Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope](/article/star_wars:_episode_iv_a_new_hope), it notably omitted characters and locations of significance from Episode IV, such as Chewbacca, R2-D2, and the Death Star.

This set was distributed through 15-card booster packs and boxes containing 36 booster packs. Additionally, pre-constructed starter decks were available, each containing 60 cards, and sold in displays of 12 decks. Each booster pack had a distribution of one rare, four uncommon, and ten common cards.
