R2-C4, an astromech droid built by Industrial Automaton, was in service to Alderaan's Senator Bail Organa during the Imperial Era. It played a role in concealing Organa's clandestine meeting with Pantora's Senator, and subsequently informed Chuchi of Organa's request to meet. The droid then escorted her to a rendezvous with Organa and Clone Force 99, who had landed on Coruscant to help him secure evidence of Vice Admiral Edmon Rampart's illicit activities.
The audio description for the episode "Truth and Consequences" mistakenly identifies R2-C4 as R2-D2.
