The Raff Syndicate existed during the era of the Mandalorian Wars and consisted of pirates. The group was led by the Chevin Nunk Plaarvin, and its operations were fueled by numerous Chev slaves, one of whom was Cipiter. The Syndicate was responsible for the Metellos Exchange, a sizable illicit auction held on Metellos 3; this event was disrupted by Marn Hierogryph and his organization, Cargryph Capital Management.
A Trandoshan ship thief named Slyssk was briefly affiliated with the Raff Syndicate. However, he later abandoned them, joining Cargryph Capital Management and accompanying Hierogryph on his adventures.
