Ratobo

Ratobo, a Bith who achieved the rank of admiral within the Galactic Alliance Navy, took over as the commanding officer of the Galactic Alliance Fourth Fleet in the era of the Second Galactic Civil War. He led military personnel in the Second Battle of Balmorra, which is also where he died.
