Reeve Dallows, a male Human captain and pilot, commanded the freighter known as Charm's Way. He was also the father of Rhys Dallows, who flew with Bravo Squadron.
When Dallows was still a child, Reeve vanished in a perplexing manner, leading many to presume he had perished during a pirate raid.
