Regulation 16-ME

Regulation 16-ME mandated that planets provide fuel for Imperial pilots, as dictated by the Galactic Empire. Following a transgression of this statute by the governing body of the planet Lolet, the responsibility of determining an appropriate penalty was delegated to the Apprentice Legislature.
