Reh'mwa, a Bothan with radical beliefs, spearheaded the True Victory Party, a faction of Bothans intent on prolonging the ar'krai conflict against the Yuuzhan Vong; he was a Bothan leader. By 35 ABY, Reh'mwa and his fellow hardliners had managed to obtain a vessel named the Avengeance, with the goal of finding Zonama Sekot and obliterating the Yuuzhan Vong. This endeavor proved fruitless, as the Avengeance was disabled and the majority of his crew, including Reh'mwa, were incarcerated in MaxSec Eight. The True Victory Party was a group of Bothans.
By 40 ABY, Reh'mwa renewed his threats against the Yuuzhan Vong and the Dhuryam residing on Coruscant. Subsequently, Reh'mwa, along with several other members of the True Victory Party, met his demise at the hands of Lumiya at the behest of Jacen Solo, following the demise of the World Brain.
