Republic battlecruiser
Ships that Aleema Keto called Republic battlecruisers took part in the Republic fleet's blockade of Onderon during the Naddist Revolt in the year 3998 BBY. They were also generally referred to as Republic military ships.
Characteristics
Despite differences in their designs, some of the more notable ships involved in the blockade featured long bodies, elevated command structures, and broad, wing-like extensions joined to the main body near the rear. These vessels were smaller compared to the battleships that the peacekeeping forces would deploy later in the Great Sith War.
History
During the Second Battle of Onderon, Jedi Knight Ulic Qel-Droma requested assistance, and in response, the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic dispatched a Republic War Fleet to support him against the Naddists.
The leaders of the Krath, namely Satal and Aleema Keto, encountered the Republic War Fleet as they attempted to enter Onderon's airspace. Despite warnings from Wing 3, they succeeded in dodging the battlecruisers and descended towards the planet's surface.
