RMSU-3, Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 3, was a Republic Mobile Surgical Unit that was positioned on the jungle planet of Drongar in 20 BBY during the Clone Wars. During the Battle of Drongar, this unit provided medical services to the Galactic Republic soldiers, operating alongside other surgical units led by Colonel D'Arc Vaetes. RMSU-3 was separated from RMSU-7 by the Sea of Sponges. Ultimately, RMSU-3 and all other Republic forces departed Drongar when the bota underwent a mutation, rendering it ineffective.
Tolk le Trene, who was a nurse for the Galactic Republic, desired a transfer from RMSU-7 to RMSU-3 to distance herself from her romantic partner, Doctor Jos Vondar.
