Rescue 1, a Rescue Boat operated by Rescue Flight, played a role in the liberation of civilians captured by the Trade Federation.
In the course of the Invasion of Naboo, Rescue 1 took part in operations designed to save prisoners from Trade Federation detention facilities. Commanded by Rescue Leader, Rescue 1 was instrumental in freeing the civilians held at Camp Three. Following a meet-up with the other two Rescue Flight Boats, Rescue 1 spearheaded the group's journey to the Europa Islands. At that location, Rescue 1 offloaded its passengers onto the Mercatan, which subsequently conveyed them to a secure location.
