Rinajaa irstat

History

In the final decades of the Galactic Republic's reign, the Rinajaa irstat, a Tarasin tribe, made their home in the deep jungles of Cularin. This tribe was led by a Mother, and under the guidance of Mother Kimania they lived peacefully. The peace was shattered when the Clone Wars broke out between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Wyrd-controlled Zhadorii irstat launched an assault on the Rinajaa, brutally killing several villagers as a demonstration of their power. When Mother Kimania pleaded for peace, a Wyrd sister employed the Force to assassinate her, effectively placing the village under Wyrd dominion. Later, after the village had been taken over, the Heroes of Cularin, a group of freedom fighters and mercenaries, guided the Cularin Militia through Cularin's jungles to find the Wyrd sisters. Working together, the Heroes managed to overthrow the Wyrd sisters' control of the irstat and further reduce the Wyrd's numbers. Once the conflict subsided, the remaining members of the tribe gathered all the deceased within the village huts. They then ignited the huts, burning them to the ground in an act of spiritual cleansing. Following this, they recited a brief prayer for the departed and then vanished into the jungle.
