Roger MacBride Allen

Roger MacBride Allen, an American writer, is the science-fiction author who penned Star Wars: The Corellian Trilogy, which includes Ambush at Corellia, Assault at Selonia, and Showdown at Centerpoint.

Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on September 26, 1957, he spent his childhood in Washington D.C. and completed his studies at Boston University in 1979. Having authored twelve science-fiction novels, he resided in Washington, D.C., for a significant period. He wed Eleanre Fox, a U.S. Foreign Service employee, in July 1994. They resided in Brasilia, Brazil, from 2007 to 2009 due to her assignment.
