Rosset, a participant of the Council of Moffs during the year 40 ABY, stood in opposition to Grand Admiral Gilad Pellaeon. During the Second Battle of Fondor, he found himself on the Bloodfin where he gave his support to Quille's uprising aimed at unseating Pellaeon.
