S5

S5 represented one of a dozen zones of identical size situated on the southern portion of the Death Star. This massive battle station was constructed by the Galactic Empire. Similar to the other twenty-three zones found on the space station, this zone encompassed 31.4 kilometers of the Death Star's perimeter, was overseen by a bridge, and incorporated several sectors assigned to particular functions. The Death Star, including the S5 zone, met its end in 0 BBY. Zones S4 and S6 were adjacent to Zone S5.
