His illicit activities were exposed after a period exceeding ten years, leading to his apprehension and the discovery of fifteen strange and unidentifiable beings within the lab. These creatures were the result of Lorrick's genetic manipulation and viral alterations. Despite his arrest, the inability of authorities to ascertain the original nature of these beings prevented them from proving that sentient lifeforms had been used in his experiments. Consequently, rather than imprisonment, he faced exile as his punishment.
