In the year 3963 BBY, Zayne Carrick and Jarael endeavored to liberate the enslaved individuals aboard the Sungrazer by masquerading as Crucible affiliates. However, Budan unmasked their deception and summoned the Gladiator, a genuine Crucible warship, to apprehend the imposters.
