At first, Naklian's hunting focused on creatures lacking sentience, with the purpose of selling their scalps. Observing his own effectiveness, he expanded his targets to include sentient beings. The motivation remained the same: selling the scalps, as there was a demand for Wookiee scalps, particularly among those who admired Boba Fett.
Naklian integrated this occupation with his role as the Third Prophet within the religious organization of Ni'Shaw-Dak. However, the earnings derived from scalp hunting were allocated to the Zulirian Swordmasters, while the income generated from his position as Third Prophet was dedicated to the Religion itself.
