To capitalize on the wreckage and waste left behind by engagements during the Galactic Civil War, groups of pirates, scavengers, and outlaw techs designed a line of droids. This Scavenger Series utilized sizable appendages and tractor beam projectors to pull in detritus and resources into an integrated processing bay, where beam cutters compressed the materials. In instances where the droid encountered excessively large pieces of wreckage, it deployed marker transponders to signal the location for later retrieval by those in charge. An example of such a droid is Bruthus, who was employed by Torsteen, a pirate from the Svivreni.
