During the era of the New Sith Wars, a settlement known as Scepter Cay existed on the world of Aquilaris Minor. By the year 1032 BBY, this settlement had fallen under the control of the Daimanate, which was one of the Sith territories located within the Grumani sector. When the Hutt crime lord Zodoh launched an assault against Capital Cay, a Daimanate commander, whose identity remains unknown, tried to escape in a food transport in order to obtain backup from Scepter Cay. Nevertheless, before his plan could succeed, the Jedi Knight Kerra Holt, who had come back to her home planet to oppose the Sith, eliminated him.
