Second battle of the Lianna system

A conflict took place within the Lianna system amidst the Mandalorian Wars. In 3960 BBY, the Galactic Republic successfully won back control of the Lianna system. Following this victory, they utilized it as a base of operations to prepare for the Battle of Malachor V.

Behind the scenes

This particular battle is only mentioned a single time within the pages of The Essential Atlas, released in 2009. Rather than being detailed in written form, it is indicated on a galactic map that illustrates the various battles fought during the Mandalorian Wars.
