Seoularian crystals. Seoularian crystals were a specific kind of crystal that originated from the planet called Seoul 5. These crystals served as a power source, and when stored in a crystal control room, they provided energy to the planet's main city. What made these crystals special was their sensitivity to mental energy; they could generate focused shockwaves with enough force to topple individuals. A special key crystal had the ability to govern all the other crystals. Following the Battle of Endor, Imperial forces, led by Captain Drezzel, traveled to Seoul 5. Their purpose was to explore whether the Seoularian crystals could be developed into new armaments. However, Han Solo, having obtained the Key crystal, successfully undermined the Imperial plans by obliterating Seoul 5 city along with the crystal control room. While this act resulted in the loss of a significant archaeological discovery, it also eliminated the only known supply of Seoularian crystals, thus preventing their weaponization by the Imperials.
