Sernpidalian mayo-ketchup was a popular sauce that Dexter Jettster, the Besalisk, served in his Coruscant restaurant, Dex's Diner. This establishment was located on the planet and was demolished within the initial couple of years of the Galactic Empire's reign. Patrons could request this condiment with any slider offered. It was named after the world Sernpidal.
Gregory Walker's "Dining at Dex's" discusses Sernpidalian mayo-ketchup. This was a publication only available to Hyperspace members and is presented as the in-universe menu from Dex's Diner. Mayonaisse and ketchup are common condiments real world, with "mayo" being a frequent abbreviation of the former.
