Sethul Asaiage

Sethul Asaiage was a male Jedi Renunciate, as well as a Legionnaire from Lettow, and a follower of Xendor. He lived during the time of the First Great Schism. His gender was male.

Biography

Asaiage, being Force-sensitive, resided on Ossus, which served as the Jedi Order's home during its initial years. During his time on Ossus, Sethul became captivated by the mysterious teachings of Xendor. Xendor argued that the Jedi High Council placed too many restrictions on their teachings, thus hindering a full understanding of the Force. When Xendor left the Order to establish an academy on Lettow, Asaiage accompanied him to learn. They became known as the Legions of Lettow, and these Jedi Renunciates grew in their Force abilities by studying the Bogan through various Force traditions.

When the High Council declared war against the Legions of Lettow, Asaiage and his comrades took up swords to defend their right to study the Force. This conflict with the Order became known as the Great Schism. Asaiage participated in the conflict on multiple worlds, fighting against the Jedi as a member of General Xendor's vanguard. During the battle of Columus, Jedi Master Awdrysta Pina and his Jedi Knights separated the vanguard from the main army. Despite Asaiage's reputation as a skilled warrior, he perished alongside fellow Legionnaires Xendor and Tun Bohoi.
