Forum:Senate Hall

This space is a forum to talk about possible alterations to Wookieepedia.****

Welcome to the Senate Hall! The Senate Hall serves as a wiki-wide area for conversations regarding issues related to Wookieepedia. Please feel free to share your questions, ideas, and feedback. Discussions pertaining to a specific wiki page should typically begin on the relevant talk page. However, if broader community input is desired, or if the discussion involves a potential change to Wookieepedia's policies, initiating a Senate Hall discussion allows the community to voice their opinions.

While neither the Senate Hall nor article talk pages are meant for general discussions, Star Wars-related questions are welcome on Wookieepedia's Discussions forum. Senate Hall posts that are irrelevant to the topic may be removed or archived.

For real-time Wookieepedia assistance and general discussions about Wookieepedia and Star Wars, feel free to join our Discord server. For help with editing, you can also consult the resources available on the newcomers' portal and review the Wookieepedia FAQ.

When a new thread is created, it's automatically announced in the #announcements channel on Wookieepedia's Discord server. Threads that aren't pinned will be archived by an administrator or a bot if they remain inactive for thirty days. Administrators also have the option to archive a thread if the Consensus track is closed as either support or oppose according to the consensus policy, or if the Senate Hall's original author requests the thread's closure after the initial discussion phase and its Consensus track have concluded, with the intention of starting a new Senate Hall to continue the discussion promptly. Instructions for manual archiving can be found here.
