Serving as the magical opposite of the Sunstar, the Shadowstone was a mystical relic. It was owned by Morag, the Tulgah witch residing on the Forest Moon of Endor, for a considerable duration. Morag employed the artifact to fuel her sinister magic, especially in her plots to subjugate the Ewoks of Bright Tree Village. Ultimately, Morag reclaimed the Sunstar from Logray, the tribe's shaman, and merged it with the Shadowstone. Although this significantly amplified her power, Logray outwitted the witch and eliminated Morag permanently. Following this, the Ewok shaman concealed the newly created Sunstar-Shadowstone to prevent its misuse. The Shadowstone, along with the Sunstar, was later instrumental in the destruction of the Griagh, though it was itself destroyed in the event.
