Shaltin system

The Shaltin system, a star system, existed within both the Outer Rim Territories and Trans-Hydian regions of the galaxy. It resided in the Thanium Worlds sector and lent its name to the Shaltin Tunnels hyperlane.

Behind the scenes

Jason Fry and [Daniel Wallace]'s 2009 reference book, The Essential Atlas, provided the initial mention of the Shaltin system, locating it in grid square S-6.
