Shel Marcino

Shel Marcino, a member of the Silent Blades, was among the small number who lived through the attack perpetrated by both Far Orbit and Vocis Kenit. Subsequently, Marcino brought together the remaining members, thus creating the Tarnished Blades pirate group.
