Shella Harin

Shella Harin served as a lieutenant within the New Republic Intelligence Service, holding the rank of Human, and was assigned to the Special Threats Division. Harin, in her capacity as an Intelligence operative, was tasked with creating a detailed report concerning the world of Leria Kerlsil, collaborating with Professor Bin Binnari on this project.
