Hiromoto-SIN-Ichi, also known as ヒロモト 森一, (Hirotomo Shin'ichi), and alternatively written as Shin-Ichi Hiromoto (born January 3, 1966), served as the manga artist for the Perfect Evil story found within Tokyopop's Star Wars Manga, as well as the Star Wars Manga: Return of the Jedi series. His distinctive and somewhat rough artistic approach lends a more powerful aesthetic to the characters, thereby emphasizing the worn and battle-scarred universe of the Star Wars narrative. On occasion, Hiromoto utilizes this very same artistic style to convey humor, notably through the frequent depiction of characters with disproportionately large hands, typically for comedic effect.
