Shor, a world populated by the Near-Human Shorak species, existed within the Unknown Regions as a planet. It was situated in proximity to Giaca. Approximately a century prior to the Jedi Civil War, Shor's scouts made the discovery of Giaca. Following this discovery, several exploratory missions were initiated from Shor with Giaca as their destination. However, after the Peroenian military launched an assault on the Shorak settlers of Giaca, conflict erupted between Shor and Peroenia.
