Skine Bounty Hunter College was a constituent house within the Bounty Hunters' Guild. The college utilized experts regarded as leaders in their respective fields.
On one occasion, Imperial Governor Wilek Nereus dispatched sixteen stormtroopers to the college for specialized instruction, intending to create his "elite" guard force, known as the "Protectorate." Zeed Venom, along with the Reenogga Sisters, namely Adri, Vella, and Kara, are among the college's notable graduates.
