Snit, a dewback belonging to the Calwell family of Tatooine, was under the care of Kallie Calwell. Ultimately, this creature met its end in The Rumbles after being consumed by a sarlacc.
Under the tutelage of Kallie Calwell, Snit, a mountain dewback, underwent training at Pika Oasis. In 19 BBY, while Kallie was riding him, he charged towards the Rumbles and the sarlacc residing there. After Obi-Wan Kenobi rescued Kallie and Annileen Calwell from atop the beast, Snit tumbled into the sarlacc.
