A Wookiee chef named Snotharr, identified as male, existed during the Galactic Civil War era. Following the Battle of Yavin, Snotharr found himself on the planet Dathomir when an incident transpired at the Imperial Research and Prison Facility. He succumbed to the Blackwing virus, transforming into an undead being. Ultimately, his reanimated form met its demise at the hands of a spacer within the Quarantine Zone.
In the 2003 Star Wars Galaxies video game, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game created by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts before it shut down on December 15, 2011, Snotharr appeared as a non-player character. He was introduced to the game via "Game Update 14," which was launched on October 12, 2009. As one of the Undead boss enemies located in the Quarantine Zone, players were required to defeat him to complete a specific collection.
