Solid Fuel Converter

A Solid Fuel Converter was a specific kind of Fuel converter that had the capability to transform practically any substance into energy for fuel cells. To replenish one power cell, it needed five metric tons of lighter substances, such as oxygen, water, plastics, cellulose, and discarded matter. In contrast, only one metric ton of heavier substances like uranium and plutonium was sufficient to recharge a single cell.
