A voice modulator, alternatively referred to as a speech scrambler, functioned as a tool that altered the user's vocal characteristics through digital means. The Ubese Boushh, a bounty hunter, possessed a helmet equipped with one of these devices. Additionally, KB had a voice modulator integrated within her cybernetic augmentation, enabling her to replicate the vocal patterns of a safety droid.
