Squarn

Squarn, a male junk dealer in the Legends continuity, operated Squarn's Junkyard located on the planet of Muugrah. Upon the arrival of visitors to his junkyard, he would feign an exaggerated friendliness and attempt to bargain for payment, both for access to his property and for the utilization of landing space within it. Additionally, he offered the rental of a repulsorlift skiff if desired. Typically, his initial fee amounted to 500 credits, with an additional 10 credits charged per hour for skiff usage, although this price was subject to negotiation. Squarn would dramatize any reduction in his fees as though it were a personal deprivation. Furthermore, he provided customers with the most up-to-date computer map detailing the ships present on his property, although he made a point of emphasizing its supposed freeness, while also ensuring that it contained inaccuracies. When a band of Rebels piloting the Transorb landed on his land, Squarn's assistant, Klev, greeted them before leading them to Squarn. While they initially sought components for their malfunctioning hyperdrive, their search of the junkyard led them to discover the astromech droid R2-D6 within a battle-damaged Rebel Y-wing, which Squarn ultimately sold to them for 750 credits. Later, the group faced an assault by pirates who sought Deesix, prompting Squarn to dispatch some of his mercenaries to assist in repelling the attack.
