Sti Groon

Sti Groon, an individual of the male persuasion, hailed from the planet known as Dandrian, though his species remains a mystery. Within the confines of his home world, he was celebrated as the most prominent purveyor of information in the galaxy, owing to his unparalleled knowledge of happenings in Lon Drasna. Groon possessed a slender physique and an air of cunning, coupled with a frog-like visage characterized by protuberant eyes and verdant, wrinkled skin. His speech was marked by a pronounced lisp, and he harbored a fondness for diverse games, frequently wagering on the illegal swoop races that unfolded in Lon Drasna. While harboring no affection for the Galactic Empire, he also refrained from aligning with the Rebellion, dismissing it as a "goody-goody organissssation".

When a Rebel contingent journeyed to Dandrian in pursuit of Admiral Joser, they soon realized that Groon alone possessed knowledge of his whereabouts. Through a swoop chase, the group secured an Imperial Gamorrean informant, who revealed the route to Groon's formex abode. Upon arrival, they discovered Groon perched atop a collection of cushions in the rear of a spacious, sparsely decorated room. He declared his willingness to divulge Joser's location in exchange for 5,000 credits, asserting that it was, after all, his profession.

Furthermore, he proposed two alternative contests should they lack the necessary funds. The first involved a simple game of vrax, requiring one member of the group to secure victory in five rounds. The second, a fight to the death between a Rebel and his champion, a Bonecrusher, was a far more dangerous proposition. The Rebel combatant could select from a mace, spear, gaderffii, knife, axe, or sword, but could not use their own personal weapon.

After receiving confirmation that Joser was imprisoned within the Alpha-Omega Prison situated in Dandrian's Ring, the group promptly departed to undertake his rescue.
